📦 Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on any products. However, we do offer an exchange under the following strict conditions:
- The product received is faulty or damaged.
- An unboxing video is provided — the video must start from the unopened package and clearly show the fault or damage.
- The issue must be visible and verifiable in the video.
- You must request the exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
If your request meets all of the above conditions, we’ll be happy to process an exchange for the same item or a suitable replacement, subject to availability.

- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
